Pipstars are happy to exchange goods (providing they are in original condition) due to size issues however postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to return goods due to quality issues then pipstars will cover the cost of postage.

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of purchase for any refunds or exchanges.
